6,327 different people used our services in 2016/17. A 8% reduction on last year. We are aware that not all our service users are rough sleeping, but with advice services being cut, many ask for assistance to prevent homelessness.
Almost half of all London's homeless are from the UK, while about a quarter come from Central and Eastern European countries. The number of Romanians (730) has replaced Poles (627) as the most frequently seen nationality in the latter group.
