Donations of Harvest Gifts

Planning your harvest service/assembly? The Whitechapel Mission is always grateful to receive any donations in support of our work. We do not dictate what we are prepared to accept. If you feel that the gift will be useful in our work with homeless people, then we will be grateful to receive.

Deliveries

Weekdays

We have staff available to receive your donations and help unload your vehicle on weekdays from 5am until 3pm

Weekends

We have staff available to receive your donations and help unload your vehicle on weekends from 5am until noon. We would always recommend letting us know you plan to deliver at the weekend.

Other Times

If it is not convenient to deliver during these hours, please ring the office on 03000 111 400 and we can attempt to arrange for a member of staff to be available at other times.

Please do not attempt to make your delivery outside of these hours without arranging it with us in advance. Items left on our doorstep will never get to us.

Collections

Request a collection

The Whitechapel Mission has vehicles used to collect food and clothing needed for our work. This page has been created in the hope of keeping everybody informed as to where the vehicles are at any time. If you have gifts for the Mission, but are having difficulty getting them to us, then hopefully this page may let you know when a vehicle will be in your area.

We ask you to bear in mind that our vehicles are costly to run and therefore it is not possible for us to collect small donations.

Please plan ahead as our collection diary gets very full, very quickly. If you ring us to let us know that your harvest assembly/service was yesterday and you need a collection today, it is not going to happen.
