Bringing hope where there is despair
Your donations to The Whitechapel Mission help transform lives! It is financial contributions and donated goods and services that make it possible for The Whitechapel Mission to provide help and hope to the homeless and poor of London at Christmas. There are many ways for you to donate and help bring about life transformation in men and women in London.
Your gift to The Whitechapel Mission goes to work right away - providing meals, showers, shelter, medical care, lifeskills classes and mentoring for poor and homeless men and women in London. Your gift is safe and secure. You can donate with confidence.
When you donate gifts, food or clothing to The Whitechapel Mission, you impact the lives of the poor and homeless in London. This year, our donors and volunteers helped The Whitechapel Mission provide more than 100,000 breakfasts, 34,000 bags of groceries, and 45,300 articles of clothing to men and women in desperate need of help. We rely on donated food and clothing to meet these important needs.
We do not operate charity shops! Anything donated to the Whitechapel Mission will be given directly to people who are homeless.

We are looking for 40 wrapped presents for our ladies group
Each gift should not be worth more than £10 in value, maybe a gift set from Boots, or a make-up set
Needed for a party on Friday 8th December 2017. Mrs Christmas will be there. She needs gifts to give to our special guests.
Every single pound that the Whitechapel Mission receives is fully allocated to its designated project. Not a single penny is removed for other purposes.
We are looking to make Christmas a little special for the hundreds of people who will come to the centre on Christmas day.
We are looking for a pair of new socks wrapped around a small bar of chocolate and then maybe wrapped in Christmas paper. Can you help make Christmas Special for those sleeping on our streets?
"Hygiene Kits" are a practical gift of personal hygiene items and other necessities to the men and women we serve.
With the number of homeless on the increase the need to offer assistance for those forced to sleep rough is ever increasing. We are always on the look-out for cost effective means to assist those sleeping rough.
